Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and operations management, preferably in logistics or distribution sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; must write and converse in multiple languages.
• Proven ability to drive profitable growth and manage supplier relationships.
• Experience with ESG metrics and data analysis to support decision making.
• Proactive, mature, self-motivated and results oriented.

Responsibilities

• Secure new customers and service existing ones while ensuring satisfaction.
• Handle shipping and logistics documents per import/export regulations.
• Prepare quotations across air, sea, trucking, and warehousing services.
• Promote and sell the company’s logistics services and coordinate with freight forwarders.
• Develop ethical sourcing strategies and monitor supplier ESG performance.
• Coordinate internal teams and drive communications to enhance reputation and transparency.
• Submit monthly sales reports and maintain distributor programs and promotions.
• Provide sales support to distributors including product presentations and lead generation.
• Assist with marketing events, trade shows, and business development activities.
