Job summary

Maersk is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead client relationships and drive revenue in Malaysia. You will manage strategic Ocean, Air, and Intermodal accounts and partner with product teams to design integrated logistics solutions.

Fluent English and Mandarin are required. You will travel within Malaysia, take ownership of key accounts, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Shipping and Logistics & Services.
• Experience with Ocean, Air, Intermodal, or bundled logistics.
• Fluent English and Mandarin communication is mandatory.
• Strong ownership and stakeholder management skills are crucial.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
• Dynamic, high driven and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and expand local business relationships across customer portfolios.
• Develop long-term growth plans and new accounts with product teams.
• Manage targets and tailor product solutions to market needs.
• Monitor local NPS and drive customer satisfaction improvements.
• Coordinate with area, regional, and global stakeholders.
