Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Engineering or Diploma with 4–6 years in electronic component sales
• Design-in and spec-in to R&D engineers
• Experience with electronic components (relays, switches, connectors, sensors) in electronics manufacturing
• Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Applications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies within target sectors
• Identify new market opportunities, applications, and high-growth customers
• Build and manage strong relationships with key accounts
• Promote component solutions through technical and commercial engagement
• Collaborate with Industries and Product BU to align solutions with market needs
• Drive pipeline development, sales conversion, and revenue growth
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned
