Job summary

Panasonic Industrial Device Sales (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Manager with at least 3 years in electronics component industrial sales. The role requires independent work, strong communication and analytical skills, and willingness to travel regionally.

You will lead a team, manage key accounts, and collaborate with R&D and engineering to support customer design requirements while coordinating after-sales support.

Qualifications

• Min 3 years and above experience in Electronics Component Industrial Sales.
• Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability.
• Good communication, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically and regionally.
• Experience to handle and serve Global Distributors / EMS business for E&E.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team towards team and company goal.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts, collaborate with R&D and engineering to support customer design requirement, and coordinate after sales-support.
• Good communication, presentation skill and PowerPoint skill to manage complex sales data and information.
• Highly adaptable and effective in fast-paced, high-pressure environment, maintaining excellent customer relations and service.
