Job summary

Concentrix Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Procurement Administrator who will independently handle vendor tasks such as setting up new parts, creating and adjusting purchase orders, and maintaining costs. You will interface with vendors to obtain order status and collaborate with the Supply Chain Program Manager to stay updated on need-by dates.

The role requires timely escalation of issues to management and close coordination across PO lifecycle, logistics, and fulfillment processes to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Experience handling PO requests and order lifecycle.
• Ability to follow up on POs and ETAs with vendors.
• Proactive escalation of issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill PO requests
• PO follow up and ETA follow up
• Update ETA and new parts creation
• Manage price changes (POCV)
• Resolve warehouse discrepancies (CWS)
• Coordinate material transfers
• Support MT follow up
• Communicate order status with vendors
• Escalate issues to management as needed
• Collaborate with Supply Chain Program Manager for need-by dates
