• Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
• Customer service oriented with patience and attention to detail.

• Assist internal/external users; identify, investigate and resolve questions and problems.
• Troubleshoot basic to complex technical issues including hardware/software and networks.
• Escalate issues following the defined process and provide timely follow-up.
• Be a resource to other support personnel and help maintain KPIs.
• Greet customers courteously and document cases accurately in the system.
• Support activities aimed at improving customer satisfaction and business performance.
