Job summary

G-AsiaPacific in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Commercial & Procurement Operations Executive to support a broad range of procurement and vendor management activities. You will handle purchasing, vendor onboarding, funding claims and contract documentation to ensure smooth operations.

You will coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors, maintain trackers, and assist tender support while upholding accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance of Purchase Orders and related procurement documents.
• Register and maintain company vendor records and portals.
• Coordinate funding claims and keep trackers updated.
• Prepare contract documents and support tender activities.
• Provide general operations support within Commercial & Procurement.
