The role requires strong negotiation, planning, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel within Klang Valley. A degree in IT/CS/Business and 5+ years in IT product management focusing on networking or security are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related.
• 5+ years as a Product Manager in IT, handling Networking (switches/APs) or Security solutions.
• Proven experience in vendor management and commercial negotiations.
• Strong business planning and go-to-market skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and a team player.
• Own transport and willing to travel within Klang Valley.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and maintain product profitability.
• Manage principal relationships – commercial terms, funnel reviews, QBRs, and joint customer visits.
• Develop business plans and go-to-market strategies (partner recruitment, marketing, resources).
• Support channel sales team to recruit and build focus partners.
• Engage end-user accounts to identify opportunities and build brand awareness.
• Stay updated on product and competitor knowledge. Deliver training to internal teams and partners.
