Job summary

Sunway Fintech is seeking a proactive Project/Strategy Analyst to drive cross-functional initiatives aligned with the group’s strategic priorities. You will shape plans, timelines, and resources, and translate market insights into actionable business improvements.

You’ll collaborate with business units, leadership, and partners to define requirements, document BRD/FSD, and monitor outcomes through data-driven analysis and systematic UAT testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university; Master’s degree optional.
• 2–4 years of related experience in PM, strategy analyst or business planning roles.
• Experience writing BRD/FSD and designing diagrams/workflows (draw.io/Visio).
• Strong quantitative reasoning to analyze and solve problems.
• Ability to manage an independent workstream within a larger team.
• Ability to read and understand API documentation (advantage).

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects aligned with Sunway Fintech goals.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to boost efficiency.
• Identify dependencies and critical path activities.
• Analyze business processes and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and success criteria.
• Document detailed requirements to align stakeholders.
• Extract patterns from data to provide leadership with insights.
• Identify and implement solutions to improve performance.
• Prepare and run test cases for UAT; manage gaps.
• Support stakeholders and handle incidents; identify enhancements.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects to create value.
• Any other duties as assigned.
