Job summary

Sunway Group is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Strategy to shape and govern our IT strategy in a regulated financial services context. You will partner with the Head of IT Strategy to align technology initiatives with business goals, lead multi-year roadmaps, and drive digital transformation.

You will oversee governance, risk and compliance, develop EARB processes, and report KPIs to senior leadership. A strong candidate will bring 7+ years in IT strategy and a track record of complex project

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in IT or related field is required.
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in IT strategy, governance, and regulatory compliance is essential.
• Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary projects.
