Job summary

Sunway Fintech, part of Sunway Group, is looking for a proactive business development professional in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will identify new business opportunities with SMEs and corporate clients, and drive outbound sales efforts for our fintech solutions.

You will maintain strong client relationships, handle after-sales inquiries, and support training for customers, with travel as needed. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and bilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Identify new business opportunities with SMEs and other commercial enterprises.
• Outbound calling and sales pitches on company products and services to potential clients.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide after‑sales technical inquiries and training support.
• Compile data and generate reports for analysis, tracking, and review purposes as needed.
• Manage accounts receivable from existing clients.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities, with a primary focus on SMEs and other commercial enterprises.
• Continuously make outbound calls, schedule and prepare for sales pitch on company products and services to potential clients.
• Constantly deliver good customer experience by maintaining strong business relationships with clients, addressing after-sales technical inquiries and providing training support.
• Compile data and generate reports for analysis, tracking, and review purposes as needed.
• Manage accounts receivable from existing clients.
• Demonstrate proficiency in handling any additional tasks or assignments as assigned periodically.
• Malaysians or individuals with relevant residence status.
• Able to communicate in English, Chinese and Bahasa.
• Fresh graduates with a strong passion for business development are encouraged to apply.
• Possesses own transportation, willing to travel for business engagement activities.
• Results-oriented, resourceful and proactive with a strong urgency for achievements.
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Capable of collaborating effectively within a team and working independently.
