Job summary

Sunway Fintech is seeking a proactive Project Manager/Strategy Analyst to lead cross-functional initiatives. You will develop comprehensive plans, conduct market research, and translate data into actionable insights to support Sunway Fintech's strategic goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years' experience in project management or business strategy, plus proficiency in BRD/FSD writing and workflow diagrams. An understanding of API docs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field from reputable university; a Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2–4 years of related working experience in project management, strategy analysis, or business strategy and planning.
• Experience in writing BRD/FSD and designing diagrams/workflows (draw.io/Visio).
• Capable of analyzing and solving problems through quantitative reasoning and analysis.
• Skilled at managing an independent workstream within the framework of a larger team-based project.
• Capacity to read and understand API documentations is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional projects aligned with Sunway Fintech's objectives and priorities.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocations for smooth execution.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to boost business efficiency and inform decisions.
• Identify dependencies and critical path activities across projects.
• Analyze business processes to identify problems and develop solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and success criteria.
• Document and maintain detailed requirements to align stakeholders.
• Identify patterns from data to provide insights for leadership.
• Prepare and execute test cases to verify implementations and manage UAT gaps.
• Support inquiries from stakeholders to manage incidents and enhancements.
• Undertake ad-hoc projects to create value.
• Any other duties assigned.
