Randstad Malaysia seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across product, operations, and tech. You will bridge executives, data teams, and regulators from concept to execution, shaping high-impact programs with visibility across the business.

The role emphasizes optimizing operational frameworks, driving KPI outcomes, and enabling new digital financial capabilities in a rapidly expanding fintech environment. Strong leadership and Mandarin ability are a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in Program/Project Management, Business Operations, Strategic PMO, or Management Consulting.
• Strong domain exposure in Financial Institutions, Fintech, Digital Assets, or Banking.
• Ability to translate complex inputs into clear strategies using PM tools and data platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with senior leadership alignment.
• Fluency in English; Business Mandarin helpful for regional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end, cross-department programs across product, operations, and tech.
• Set program frameworks, track KPIs, and deliver executive-ready reports.
• Coordinate with department heads and technical teams to maintain momentum.
• Identify bottlenecks, apply project management best practices, streamline workflows.
• Collaborate with regional teams and data/developer units for delivery.
