Sunway Fintech seeks an experienced Product Manager to lead the development and growth of fintech products, enabling secure and efficient financial management for users. You will shape product vision, drive execution across multiple product lines, and partner with clients and internal teams to deliver value.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and strategic growth initiatives within a fintech ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
4–6 years of product management experience; fintech/financial services preferred.
Understanding of fintech ecosystem, regulatory environment, user behaviour, and emerging tech.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with API integration, open banking, or financial products.

Responsibilities

Define and drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple fintech product lines.
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch optimization.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to elicit requirements and guide development.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
Define KPIs and drive data-driven decisions for product performance.
