Job summary

GEA Germany GmbH in Malaysia is seeking a Project & Service Support Engineer to provide back office engineering and operational support for service and project activities in Shah Alam. You will help plan, schedule, and coordinate activities, support warranty and ISO processes, and manage documentation with the local team.

The role includes 2nd‑level technical support, PO coordination, and occasional site visits for CMS/CMT.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in industrial equipment servicing is an advantage.
• Willingness to support occasional site activities; driving licence and own transport are preferred; PMP or CAPM certification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule service and project activities.
• Assist warranty administration and ISO process compliance.
• Provide 2nd‑level technical and back‑office support.
• Maintain project documentation and records to internal standards and audits.
• Assist with CMS/CMT site visits and related activities.
• Create standard quotations for projects and services as needed.
