Job summary

The role interfaces with customers and project teams, resolves issues, negotiates changes, and supports contract administration while leading small teams and ensuring alignment with quality and schedule targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
• Established project management skills.

Responsibilities

• All contract performance activities tied to a customer site.
• Interface between customer and project team; manage information requests.
• Ensure timely resolution of issues; negotiate changes and solutions.
• Adhere to contract service, operations and performance specifications and metrics.
• Perform proposal negotiation and contract administration with minimal supervision.
• Support manager and senior contracts personnel on assigned contracts.
• Lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
• Explain information; help team reach consensus on topics.
