The ideal candidate will have a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering and 1-3 years of experience in industrial equipment service. The position involves some site activities, requiring strong coordination and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in industrial equipment servicing is an advantage.
• Willingness to support occasional site activities.
• Possess a valid driving license and own transport.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and scheduling of service and project activities.
• Assist with warranty administration and ISO process compliance.
• Provide 2nd-level ticketing and technical support.

Skills

Mechanical and/or electrical engineering knowledge

Service and project execution workflow understanding

Familiarity with service management systems

Strong documentation control skills

Coordination and communication skills

Troubleshooting capability

Education
