Job summary

upscale is seeking a proactive Sales professional to drive project-based opportunities in Malaysia. You will develop in-depth product knowledge, tailor solutions for construction and building materials projects, and engage with developers, consultants, architects, and designers to secure specifications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in project-based sectors such as construction, electrical, or building materials.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel across Klang Valley and Northern Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English preferred to liaise with diverse client groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth product knowledge and recommend tailored solutions.
• Proactively engage with developers, consultants, architects, and interior designers to secure product specifications in new projects.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned regions.
• Deliver persuasive presentations, prepare quotations, and follow up to close deals.
• Provide professional pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track project pipelines and coordinate with internal departments to meet delivery and project timelines.
• Submit regular sales and activity reports to the Head of Sales.
