Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related role (fresh graduates may be considered).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and market research.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and presentations.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs.
