Job summary

Qualifications

• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities and potential customers.
• Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, and sales opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and project requirements with customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order and project execution.
• Handle projects from initial customer enquiry through to completion.
• Coordinate project schedules, deliveries, installation, and other project-related activities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure requirements, deadlines, and customer expectations are met.
• Communicate with customers regularly regarding project status, updates, and issues.
• Resolve customer complaints, project issues, and delivery-related problems promptly.
• Prepare sales reports, project updates, and other required documentation.
• Support the company in achieving overall sales and business development goals.
