You will identify opportunities across entertainment, hospitality, residential, bungalow, and commercial projects, build client relationships, and craft compelling marketing content to drive brand awareness and sales growth. You will engage with high-net-worth clients and developers, tailor proposals, and close deals while coordinating with design teams to showcase project

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or marketing (real estate/property development a plus).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with clients from executives to high-net-worth individuals.
• Creative mindset with basic content creation skills (photography/videography/copywriting knowledge a plus).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools like Canva.

Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities across entertainment, hospitality, residential, bungalow, commercial, and other project types.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, including high-net-worth individuals, developers, and business owners.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and sales pitches tailored to different client segments.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales to meet targets.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to grow brand awareness across market segments.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, property launches, or client meetings.
• Collaborate with design team to translate project capabilities into sales/marketing messaging.
• Maintain sales records, client databases, and prepare regular reports.
• Stay updated on market trends to identify opportunities across sectors.
