Job summary

BD Agriculture (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to be the primary customer contact through the order and project lifecycle, delivering updates, managing changes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Engineering, QA, Installation, Finance, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and on‑time handover.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-driven and proactive.
• Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems; PM tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary customer contact throughout the order and project lifecycle.
• Respond promptly to enquiries regarding order status, product availability, delivery timelines, and shipment details.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Engineering, QA, Installation, Finance, Purchasing and Warehouse to ensure smooth order processing.
• Review and validate technical orders, material lists, and CAD drawings for accuracy.
• Support resource planning and ensure teams have required drawings and materials for on-time handover.
• Monitor progress against timelines; track costs and budgets; report performance.
• Oversee complex projects and orders, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality.
