CHY TECHNOLOGY(M)SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Customer Service Coordinator to support production-driven orders in Penang. You will handle customer inquiries, coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality teams, and monitor order progress to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities include communicating customer requirements, addressing changes, managing complaints with the Quality/Production teams, and maintaining accurate order records to drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries related to production.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehouse and Quality to meet requirements.
• Follow up on production schedules, delivery status and order progress.
• Communicate customer requirements and changes to internal departments.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions with Quality/Production.
• Prepare and maintain sales orders and related documentation.
