You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to drive successful implementation. The role emphasizes strong planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, with proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of ERP or PM tools advantageous.

Qualificações

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in project execution, coordination, or management, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
• Strong project planning, coordination, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems or project management tools is an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain project documentation and records with proper version control.
• Coordinate and monitor end-to-end project execution to meet milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality, Logistics) for smooth project implementation.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, track milestones, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop project dashboards and KPI reports.
• Monitor project costs, resource allocation, material readiness, and delivery commitments.
• Serve as liaison between customers and internal stakeholders on progress, requirements, and issues.
• Prepare project status reports, meeting minutes, and progress updates.
• Proactively resolve project-related issues and escalate critical matters to management.
• Ensure all documentation complies with customer requirements and company procedures.
• Coordinate end-to-end sales order execution from order handover to delivery.
• Review customer purchase orders for completeness and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, Production, Buyer, Logistics, and Finance to ensure timely order execution.
• Monitor order milestones, delivery schedules, and project timelines to meet customer commitments.
• Manage order changes and variations through change management processes.
• Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
