Job summary

S PRO GLOBAL SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking a proactive Procurement & Contracts Executive to support our project and operations team. You will manage procurement activities, coordinate logistics, administer contracts, and assist with tender submissions to ensure projects run smoothly and on schedule.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in a related field, at least two years of relevant experience, and strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, supply chain, procurement, engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years in procurement, contracts, logistics, or project administration.
• Experience in construction, engineering, M&E, or security systems is an advantage.
• Familiar with tender submissions and contract documentation preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Obtain and compare quotations to meet project requirements.
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs).
• Monitor order status and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain supplier records and build vendor relationships.
• Coordinate material replenishment and monitor inventory levels.
• Prepare tender documents and supporting documentation.
• Review contract documents for compliance with company requirements.
• Coordinate contract administration and track milestones.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with suppliers and project teams.
