Job summary

Sunway Digital Hub, Digital Technology Solutions & Group Cybersecurity seeks a proactive Pre-Sales Consultant to lead pre-sales engagements across software solutions and services in Malaysia. You will translate technical solutions into business value and support sales with technical expertise.

You will engage in requirements discovery, solution design, pricing analysis, proposals, and product demonstrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compelling customer proposals and

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of technical presales or related roles.
Experience with BPM/workflow, automation software, CRM, analytics, ERP, or cloud platforms.
Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials/Procurement certification or hands-on implementation preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand needs and support sales with technical expertise.
Analyze customer workflows and translate requirements into solution scopes and use cases.
Design high-level solution architectures and tailored demonstrations.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and pricing breakdowns; contribute to RFP/RFI/tender responses.
Lead customer discovery sessions and collaborate with sales and technical teams; support POCs.
Develop product knowledge and enablement materials for internal teams.
