Job summary

TD SYNNEX is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant for Network & Security in Malaysia. You will translate customer needs into practical technical solutions, design architectures, and support the pre-sales lifecycle from demonstrations to POC/POV.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Managers, Vendors, and customers, delivering compelling technical evaluations and documentation while staying current with evolving technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network & Security pre-sales, systems engineering, or solution consulting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements.
• Design and architect Network & Security solutions and develop high-level designs (HLD).
• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) and assist in solution sizing.
• Lead product demonstrations, POCs, and value proofs to win opportunities.
• Deliver customer presentations and technical workshops; articulate value to stakeholders.
