Job summary

MNRB Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead ICT and digital transformation initiatives across the group. The role blends end-to-end project management with hands-on business analysis to define business needs and drive delivery.

The successful candidate will bridge business users, ICT teams and vendors, manage the full lifecycle from initiation to closure, and oversee requirements, testing, deployment and user adoption in alignment with regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and PM/BA capabilities.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall/Agile) and full lifecycle.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• PM/BA certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for ICT initiatives from initiation to closure.
• Elicit, document and manage business requirements and ensure traceability.
• Plan, track, and report on progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and vendor performance.
• Plan UAT, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
• Ensure governance, regulatory compliance and alignment with ITSR/BNM guidance.
