Job summary

Chubb European Group Ltd. seeks a Project Manager in Consumer Lines to own end-to-end business and process deliverables and ensure on-time delivery to meet goals.

You will lead requirements discussions with stakeholders, translate needs into BRD and detailed functional specifications, design procedures, and conduct UAT and training.

The role involves collaborating with IT, Operations, Finance and regional stakeholders to implement digital projects and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement discussions with stakeholders to understand the business needs and map them to solutions.
• Gather, analyze, translate and document business requirements into BRD and detailed functional specifications.
• Design and document processes into standard operating procedures.
• Conduct gap analysis on processes and propose improvement opportunities and alternatives.
• Manage and conduct Business User Acceptance Testing including test strategy, plans, cases and exit reports.
• Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure effective adoption.
• Provide support during and post-implementation and manage readiness trials.
• Collaborate with IT, Operations, Finance, Line of Business and regional stakeholders on digital projects and initiatives.

Job description

This position reports directly to the Manager, Project Management, Consumer Lines. Responsible for overall accountability on Business and Process deliverables and ensure delivery on time to meet the Organisation and Departmental goals.

• Lead business requirement discussion with business stakeholders and relevant departments to understand the business requirements, design the business solutions and map them to technical functionalities.
• Responsible for gathering, analysis, translate, design and documenting business requirements into appropriate business requirement document & detailed functional specification.
• Design and document processes into standard operating procedures
• Conduct gap analysis on processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose and evaluate alternative solutions that will fulfil the business needs.
• Manage and conduct Business User Acceptance Test includes deliver test strategy, test plan, test case and exit report.
• Conduct training session for end users.
• Provide support during and post implementation.
• Manage and conduct Operation Readiness Trial.
• Partner with IT, Operation, Finance, Line of Business, other key regional stakeholders and external stakeholders in implementing digital projects and initiatives
• Other duties or projects as assigned
