Job summary

Ambition is seeking technology transformation professionals to join banking, insurance, and digital platform initiatives. The role blends IT strategy/architecture with technology delivery—building the case for change and leading teams across Banking and Insurance platforms.

You will drive technology strategy, shape operating models, and lead delivery as a BA/PM, with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement driving successful transformations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology transformation, IT strategy, or program delivery.
• Hands-on exposure to Core Banking, Digital Banking, or Insurance system transformation.
• Proven track record on large, complex transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder communication and team leadership skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear solutions for technical and business audiences.
• Comfortable with shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to translate complex requirements into solutions clear to both technical and business audiences
• Comfortable managing shifting priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
