Job summary

Chubb invites a seasoned Business Analyst to lead requirements discussions with stakeholders, translate needs into BRD and functional specs, and design standard operating procedures. You will perform gap analyses, manage UAT, and train end users while supporting implementation and readiness trials.

The role requires strong experience in financial services and insurance, with a degree in IT/CS/IS or related discipline and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant business analysis experience.
• 5+ years designing business systems.
• 2+ years in digital application implementation.
• 3+ years in financial services, preferably general insurance with Strategy/Ops/CI.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT, CS, IS, or related.
• PMI-PBA or similar BA certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discussions with stakeholders to map to technical functions.
• Gather, analyze, translate, design and document BRD and functional specs.
• Design and document processes into standard operating procedures.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify improvements and propose solutions.
• Manage and conduct UAT including test strategy, plan, and exit report.
• Conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-implementation support.
• Manage Operational Readiness Trial.
• Collaborate with IT, Ops, Finance, LOB and regional stakeholders on digital projects.
• Perform other duties or projects as assigned.

• Lead business requirement discussion with business stakeholders and relevant departments to understand the business requirements, design the business solutions and map them to technical functionalities.
• Responsible for gathering, analysis, translate, design and documenting business requirements into appropriate business requirement document & detailed functional specification.
• Design and document processes into standard operating procedures
• Conduct gap analysis on processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose and evaluate alternative solutions that will fulfil the business needs.
• Manage and conduct Business User Acceptance Test includes deliver test strategy, test plan, test case and exit report.
• Conduct training session for end users.
• Provide support during and post implementation.
• Manage and conduct Operation Readiness Trial.
• Partner with IT, Operation, Finance, Line of Business, other key regional stakeholders and external stakeholders in implementing digital projects and initiatives
• Other duties or projects as assigned

Qualifications

• 5 – 8 years of relevant business analysis experience
• At least 5 years of experience in designing business systems
• At least 2 years of experience in digital application implementation
• At least 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably general insurance with a background in Strategy, Operations & Continuous Improvement.
• Bachelor's Degree in Information System, Computer Science, IT, Business or any discipline.
• Business Analysis related certification such as PMI-Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) Will be an added advantage
