Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, BIS, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in business analysis, project management, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project or other project management software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Document business needs, objectives, current procedures, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop detailed user requirement documents and manage requests from multiple stakeholders.
• Propose prioritization of business requests and identify enhancement opportunities through system and data analysis.
• Guide documentation of system specifications, business rules, workflows, and interfaces.
• Identify system deficiencies, performance gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
• Support continuous review and improvement of existing business processes.
• Prepare solution design specifications and proposals aligned with user requirements.
• Conduct change impact analysis and document system enhancements.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test data for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Coordinate and facilitate UAT activities with business stakeholders and project teams.
• Assist in project timeline planning, resource allocation, and project tracking activities.
• Prepare project status reports and ensure adherence to project governance standards.
• Schedule and drive project activities to ensure successful delivery.
• Collaborate with users, technical teams, vendors, and management to resolve project implementation issues.
• Provide timely and accurate project progress updates to leadership and stakeholders.
