PolicyStreet, a leading InsurTech in Southeast Asia and Australia, seeks a Partnerships Leader in Kuala Lumpur. You will hunt strategic B2B opportunities, build partner relationships, and tailor our platform solutions to client needs.

Structure and pitch innovative insurance solutions, negotiate treaties, and collaborate with internal teams to shape products for target segments. Strong writing and negotiation skills with 5+ years in finance/retail partnerships are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of partnerships in Finance, Retail or related industries.
Strong writing and verbal negotiation abilities.
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
Self-motivated, urgent and able to work in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Actively hunt for strategic B2B partnership opportunities across sectors and regions.
Build and manage new partnership relationships. Introduce our platform solutions and tailor them.
Structure and pitch innovative solutions to elevate partners’ businesses and solve pain points.
Negotiate and execute treaty agreements with partners.
Research market needs and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop relevant insurance products.
Analyse partnership performance, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve partner growth.
