Job summary

PolicyStreet, a leading InsurTech group, is seeking a driven business partnerships professional in Kuala Lumpur. You will hunt strategic B2B opportunities, build deep partner relationships, and pitch tailored insurance solutions across Southeast Asia and Australia.

You will work with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products, negotiate treaties, and analyze performance to drive partner growth. A fast-paced, collaborative environment awaits with generous perks and a focus on ownership.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Actively hunt for strategic B2B partnership opportunities across various sectors and regions.


• Build and manage new partnership relationships. Introduce our platform solutions and suggest best tailored solutions.


• Structure and pitch new innovative solutions that can elevate our partner's businesses and help them resolve key pain points.


• Negotiate and execute treaty agreements with the partners.


• Research and keep abreast with market needs and demands. Work with the relevant internal stakeholders to further develop innovative insurance products relevant to the company’s target segments.


• Analyse partnership performance, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve partner's performance, effectiveness and growth.

WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

• More than 5 years of experience in developing partnerships in the Finance, Retail or related industry.


• Strong writing and verbal negotiation & communication skills.


• Results driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action.


• Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment.


• Ability to multitask, prioritize and problem solve with excellent time management skills.


• Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude.


• Can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated.
