Planworth Global Factoring Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead high-impact partnerships with government bodies, GLcs, and industry leaders, driving growth and value creation across the organization.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in strategic partnerships or related fields, with strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking, all to advance business objectives and market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, or related field; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or government/stakeholder engagement.
• Experience engaging senior government officials, industry leaders and senior decision-makers.
• Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen to identify opportunities and drive value.
• Strong negotiation, influencing, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, maturity, discretion and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute strategic partnership strategy to expand ecosystem and market reach.
• Lead development, negotiation, execution and governance of partnerships and MOUs.
• Represent the organization in high-level government and industry engagements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations on partnerships and trends.
• Identify and convert partnership opportunities into tangible business outcomes.
