Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and secure strategic partnerships with premium brands across luxury, automotive, real estate, private banking, fashion, hospitality and wellness.
• Build a strong pipeline of prospective partners through market research, networking and proactive outreach.
• Drive advertising, sponsorship and partnership revenue by developing tailored proposals, budgets and commercial agreements.
• Manage partner relationships, understand their business objectives and achieve revenue targets for the Malaysian market.
• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, ministries, public-sector organisations, government-linked companies and policy stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for collaboration, sponsorships and joint initiatives with relevant public- and private-sector stakeholders.
• Monitor Malaysian policy developments and current affairs relevant to business, partnerships and organiser programmes.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality and impartiality when engaging with public officials and senior stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, C-suite executives, influential personalities and key business leaders.
• Create personalised engagement strategies to strengthen relationships and encourage long-term collaboration.
• Facilitate introductions, networking opportunities and strategic collaborations among key stakeholders and business partners.
• Plan and deliver leadership programmes, public-interest initiatives, brand activations and networking events.
• Source and secure speakers, mentors, contributors and strategic partners for programmes and events.
• Collaborate with editorial, creative, digital and social media teams to develop partnership opportunities and maximise brand visibility across print and digital platforms.
• Coordinate partnership deliverables and ensure campaigns and events are executed effectively and aligned with agreed objectives.
• Represent the organisation at industry events, corporate functions, policy forums and exclusive networking engagements.
• Monitor luxury market trends, business developments and industry opportunities to support partnership strategy and market expansion.
• Provide market insights and stakeholder feedback to inform business development and strategic planning.
• Lead, coach and manage the Kuala Lumpur team, setting priorities and ensuring effective execution of business development and partnership activities.
• Maintain accurate stakeholder records, meeting reports, activity updates and partnership documentation.
• Manage budgets and business expenses responsibly, ensuring compliance with internal policies.
