Randstad Malaysia seeks a visionary Director of Business Development to lead the next phase of commercial expansion, investor outreach, and ecosystem development in Malaysia. You will craft and execute strategies to capture market opportunities, build relationships with government bodies, regulators, financial institutions, and multinational corporations, and structure long-term commercial agreements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Marketing, Urban Planning, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in business development, corporate planning, investment promotion, or strategic partnerships, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven success interacting with high-level external stakeholders, regulatory bodies, and corporate institutions, with a track record of driving complex commercial arrangements.
