Job summary

Private Advertiser in Kuala Lumpur seeks a dynamic Business Development & Partnerships professional to lead regional partnerships, identify growth opportunities, and drive revenue across diverse markets.

You will evaluate partner capabilities, guide deal execution from proposal to implementation, and coordinate across Product, Technology, Compliance, Operations, and Management to ensure successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Information Systems, Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional English communication skills (listening, speaking, and writing).
• Strong interpersonal, logical thinking, and information-organization skills.
• Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or client management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with business partners and service providers across diverse regional markets.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, expand client networks, and drive revenue growth in target markets.
• Engage with external partners to evaluate capabilities, pricing models, compliance frameworks, and integration requirements.
• Prepare and drive business proposals, lead pricing and contract negotiations, and oversee implementation progress from introduction to launch.
• Act as the bridge between external partners and internal teams to streamline project delivery.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and coordinate with stakeholders to implement practical, timely solutions.
