Job summary

Goodwill Square (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Operations Executive to join our production, planning and scheduling teams in Tanjung Malim, Perak.

This full-time role oversees daily operations, coordinates production schedules and ensures smooth warehouse and logistics flow to meet customer demands. You will analyse data, generate reports and KPI metrics, drive continuous improvement, and help maintain health, safety and environmental standards while supporting inventory planning and cost

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in operations, production planning or scheduling.
• Strong understanding of planning systems, scheduling methodologies and inventory management.
• Proficient with MS Office and familiar with ERP/production planning software.
• Analytical and data-driven decision making with strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across departments.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or continuous improvement preferred.
• Familiarity with health, safety and environmental standards in manufacturing preferred.
• Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing Engineering or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate daily production schedules to meet orders and quality standards.
• Liaise between production, planning and logistics to optimize workflow and resource use.
• Analyse data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and KPIs.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance in the facility.
• Support inventory management and material planning to reduce costs and waste.
• Help develop and implement operational procedures and best practices.
• Communicate production status and challenges to stakeholders.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings for strategic planning.
