Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff to ensure efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records using warehouse management systems.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliation to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
• Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and best practices.
• Train and mentor junior warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety standards.
• Manage warehouse layout and optimise storage space to maximise efficiency.
• Coordinate with logistics, transportation, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance productivity.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the warehouse facility at all times.
• Prepare and submit operational reports and performance metrics to management.

• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling duties safely
• Clear communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
