Job summary

Coherent Corp. is seeking a skilled Logistics Order Entry specialist to join our team in Malaysia on-site.

The role focuses on creating and booking sales orders, releasing pick slips for subcontractor shipments, and coordinating intercompany shipments for shipment or billing purposes based on online ATS. You will verify ATS, PO/IR, and Oracle stock status to prevent data discrepancies, collaborate with store staff to avoid delays, and perform cancellations or reversals of orders as needed.

Qualifications

• Degree
• Preferably 2 to 3 year experience in similar capacity

Responsibilities

• Create & Book Sales Order and release pick slip for Sub Con shipment
• Perform Sales Order Creation (SOC) Request based on workflow request
• Check ATS, PO/IR & Oracle stock status to avoid data entry discrepancies
• Coordinate with store personnel to ensure no delays in physical preparation for urgent ATS shipment
• Perform Cancellation / Reversal Sales Order as required
• Prepare Stage Report daily and email to responsible person for timely shipment execution
• Ensure QA blocking and prompt issue resolution, liaising with FG sups and QA personnel for overdue shipments
• Involve in Quarter End activities to ensure smooth shipment activity and PI count support
