Job summary

CTC Global Sdn Bhd is seeking an operations coordinator to support sales order processing and inventory control. You will coordinate with internal/external parties to meet SLAs, release timely purchase requisitions, and generate reports on outstanding orders.

You will also schedule deliveries, monitor stock levels, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in responding to inquiries and maintaining quality output.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business or minimum SPM with 2 – 3 years’ related experience.
• Good communication and planning skills coupled with strong business acumen.
• An analytical mind with problem solving and coordinating skills.
• Good team player.
• Trustworthy with the highest integrity.
• Willing to work under tight schedules to meet stringent timelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth transactions for sales order processing to meet SLAs set.
• Ensure purchase requisitions are released in a timely and accurate manner to meet customers’ expectations.
• Generate sales orders report to monitor sales orders outstanding.
• Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure goods are scheduled accordingly and delivered to customers within the stipulated time frame.
• Generate stock reports to monitor inventory levels and clear stocks to minimize inventory holding costs.
• Managing stock transactions and monitoring inventories’ movements to ensure all items are properly tracked with no discrepancies.
• Timely response to inquiries, issues, complaints pertaining to inventory and sales orders processing.
• Maintain quality output and continuous improvement within the job function.
• Share expertise and job knowledge pertaining to order processing with internal parties to smoothen the process.
