Job summary

The position is onsite with possible hybrid work upon approval. You will engage across cross-functional teams to ensure timely material delivery and cost control, contributing to audits and supplier management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Fundamental understanding of procurement processes and supplier relationships.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders (POs) and follow up with suppliers.
• Create and issue POs; assist PR submissions for ICE team.
• Confirm order acknowledgements and track delivery dates.
• Manage RTV, receipts, aging POs and invoice discrepancies.
• Maintain vendor master data and supplier communications.
• Support NPIs, new vendor registrations and DocuSign NDAs/agreements.
• Collaborate with material planning, engineering and production teams.
