• Experience in freight forwarding, ideally within Sea Logistics.

• First experience in financial acumen and decision-making.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively to different stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular communication, meetings, and feedback sessions.
• Serve as the main operational point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring client needs are met efficiently.
• Clarify, negotiate if needed, and formalize operational requirements with the customer in cooperation with KN departments.
• Increase customer satisfaction and loyalty through the design and implementation of customer-specific solutions.
• Identify cost improvement opportunities and coordinate with KN and client resources to achieve savings.
• Facilitate the implementation of new business by understanding customer requirements and acting as a subject matter expert for KN's capabilities.
• Monitor and ensure delivery against financial targets and KPI
• Log all interactions in CRM system (CoreLog)
• Ensure prompt pricing and manage end-to-end spot quotes, including rebates in SeaQuote.
