Job summary

Hartalega is seeking a Senior HR professional to manage the full spectrum of Performance Management and Total Rewards in our Sepang-based team. You will design and govern the Performance Management System, compensation and benefits, STI and LTI frameworks, and equity-based incentives to support business objectives.

You will lead development of job architecture, conduct benchmarking, analytics, and governance, while delivering training and coaching to raise capability across the function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Performance and Rewards or related HR function.
• Expertise in compensation and benefits management, including incentives.
• Proficient in performance management systems, job evaluation, and market benchmarking.
• Knowledgeable in HR policies, employment regulations, and governance standards.
• Skilled in data analysis and HR reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development, implementation, and governance of Performance and Rewards policies, strategies, and programs to ensure competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, promotions, increments, and remuneration benchmarking.
• Manage Short-Term Incentive and Long-Term Incentive programs, including bonuses, profit sharing, gratuity scheme, and equity-based incentive schemes.
• Draft and review fixed-term employment contracts, ensuring alignment with legal and company standards.
• Manage the full Performance Management System cycle, including goal setting, cascading, assessment, calibration, audits, and 360-degree feedback processes.
• Develop and maintain Performance and Rewards analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Provide training, guidance, and coaching to build function capabilities in Performance and Rewards practices.
• Monitor market trends and best practices to ensure Performance and Rewards frameworks remain competitive and relevant.
• Develop and manage organization structure and job architecture, including job analysis, classification, coding, and grading to ensure alignment with business needs.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the superior from time to time.
