Job summary

TE Connectivity Ltd. is seeking an experienced HR leader for our Penang plant to manage performance, rewards, and talent initiatives.

You will partner with plant leadership to drive workforce effectiveness, ensure compliant practices, and deliver data-driven insights that shape business decisions. You will oversee annual reviews, salary cycles, and talent development, while shaping organizational capability and leadership pipelines in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of HR experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
A experience supporting a workforce of 1,000+ employees.
Hands-on in performance management, compensation & benefits, talent management, and HR business partnering.
Experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness is preferred.
Proven ability to analyze HR data and present insights to leaders.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and labor regulations.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual performance review, goal-setting, and calibration for plant employees.
Partner with managers to ensure fair, objective evaluations and compliance.
Monitor performance management completion rates and provide coaching on remediation.
Drive salary reviews, bonus programs, incentives, and merit processes.
Conduct compensation benchmarking and market competitiveness analyses.
Support job evaluation, grading reviews, and organizational structure assessments.
Deliver HR analytics and reporting on turnover, productivity, and metrics.
