Job summary
TE Connectivity Manufacturing Malaysia is seeking an HRBP (Total Rewards/Performance Management) to drive performance, rewards, and talent initiatives for a large plant workforce. You will partner with business leaders to ensure fair evaluations, market-competitive rewards, and data-driven decisions that align with policies and labor regulations.
You will lead salary reviews, incentive programs, and benchmark analysis while coaching leaders on performance conversations and development plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years HR experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Experience supporting 1,000+ employees.
- Hands-on in performance management, compensation & benefits, talent management, HRBP.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual performance reviews, goal-setting, calibration.
- Partner with managers for objective, fair evaluations.
- Monitor compliance and completion of performance processes.
- Coach leaders on feedback, development planning, PIPs.
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and gaps.
- Support development initiatives and succession planning.
- Administer salary reviews, bonuses, incentives, and merit increases.
- Conduct compensation benchmarking and market analysis.
- Advise plant leadership on rewards and talent matters.
