Job summary

AIA Shared Services in Cyberjaya, MY is seeking a Manager for Performance and Rewards to lead end-to-end rewards processes, governance and analytics. The role focuses on accurate execution of annual and off-cycle performance cycles, compensation intelligence, and internal equity across the group.

You will advise leadership on governance, budgeting and benefits communication while ensuring data integrity. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR and 5–8 years in compensation and benefits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field with emphasis in HR preferred.
• 5–8 years of experience in compensation and benefits administration.
• Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday and SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end rewards and performance management lifecycle.
• Provide data-driven compensation analytics and advisory support.
• Ensure internal equity, external competitiveness and policy compliance.
• Administer salary components, bonuses, and short/long-term benefits.
• Drive process improvements using AI-enabled solutions and governance.
• Support annual and off-cycle salary adjustments and promotions.
