Job summary

Required is a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing and at least five years in sales, preferably in a B2B environment, with strong negotiation, forecasting, and market-analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in sales.
• Knowledge of competitive landscape within the assigned territory.
• Understanding of global socio-economic, business, and industry trends and their impact on the territory.
• Knowledge of sales negotiation techniques and selling practices.
• Experience in customer management within a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of country and account planning and sales forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute departmental action plans and sales activities to achieve targets.
• Manage key customer accounts and contribute to KPIs and budgets.
• Set, cascade, and monitor KPIs for sales personnel.
• Coach, train, motivate, and lead the sales team including executive staff.
• Monitor sales team performance and conduct performance appraisals per policy.
• Review customer feedback, analyze market trends, and prepare insights and reports.
• Resolve customer complaints in coordination with relevant departments.
• Collaborate in sales and business development activities including trade shows and customer visits.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and coordinate departmental activities.
