Job summary

EDL Laminates SDN. BHD. in Malaysia is seeking a Key Account/ Senior Key Account Executive (HPL Industry) to build long‑term relationships with architects, designers and customers, and to drive growth across accounts.

You’ll schedule meetings, present tailored laminate solutions, support product launches, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth post‑sales service. A valid Malaysian driving license with own vehicle, a bubbly, proactive mindset, and experience in customer engagement are

Qualifications

• Malaysian driving license with own vehicle.
• A bubbly and motivated individual.
• Experienced in engaging customers and managing relationships.
• Experience in the high pressure laminate industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make Appointments & Arrange Sales Visits; schedule meetings and site visits with clients to understand needs and introduce products.
• Drive Business Relationships; build trust and offer tailored solutions and maintain regular contact.
• Support New Product Launches; act as key contact during launches and manage sample requests.
• Facilitate Strategic Rollouts; bridge between internal teams and customers for campaigns.
• Deliver After‑Sales Service; provide prompt support from technical clarifications to feedback collection.
• Work with the finance team to ensure smooth account administration.
